In Facing the Enemy, Mr. Ashby plays a cop (Griff McCleary) who's son accidentally shoots himself with with Griff's firearm. As a result of this, Griff and Olivia's (played by Alexandra Paul) relationship is near the breaking point. And it isn't a movie without a bad buy - Maxwell Caulfield plays Harlan Moss who believes Griff is his late wife's murderer and is out to avenge her death.
